6th grade teachers and Mrs. Ward taking on the students in volleyball. Students had so much fun learning this sport in PE class.
IS and MS students have enjoyed shopping the Scholastic Book Fair this week. Shopping continues with family shopping hours TONIGHT- Wednesday, 4:00-5:00.
Students can also shop on Thursday and Friday during school hours.
Greek gods/goddesses are taking over 6th grade! Mrs. LeVan’s social studies classes are researching the god/goddess of their choice, writing a script, and using our green screen area to film. Their finished projects are videos created in WeVideo.
What a fantastic day celebrating Pi...you know, that mathematical concept that starts with 3.14 but continues on forever in a seemingly random sequence. Students practiced memorizing this number and our school winner could recite Pi out to over 200 digits!!!! Thank you to our math teachers for organizing such a fun math assembly.
Music in our Schools concert was a great success! Congratulations on a fine performance IS/MS students!

8th grade spent the day at Blue Mountain Ski Resort learning to ski and snowboard.
6th graders learning how to calculate mean, median, and mode. Mr. Strohecker and Mr. Riggins participating in this fun broad jump challenge to collect the data.
In Health class, 8th graders solved a breakout challenge examining character traits. Mrs Eisenhart and Mrs. Konyak collaborated together to design this fun activity!

Our students have put in countless hours of effort to produce an outstanding video that highlights the importance of manufacturing in our community.

MS Students competing in the PULSE Winter Olympics. 7th grade made a huge comeback from the fall. Scores are close between all three grades levels. One more Olympics in the Spring:)

March 6th- March 30th students can bring in loose change to their homeroom. The Homeroom in each grade level that raises the most money will win a special prize bag.
