Students heard from administration and a panel of current HS students, received a tour of the HS building, and attended a clubs/activities fair. MS and HS Student Council members also got a chance to collaborate. We can't wait to see you all again in August!

Two students, Sammie and Xander, worked alongside Mr. Reed (Computer Science) and mentors from St. Lukes & Kutztown University to design, build, and program a heart rate sensor in the form of a comfortable ring for toddlers to wear when sleeping to monitor health concerns. This project was part of their capstone experience for the Computer Science pathway at BHHS.

On Friday, our graduating Seniors visited Kutztown University, where they had the opportunity to participate in a Senior Skillset Luncheon with Mr. Michael True, a professional skillset educator. Seniors had the opportunity to spend some time together in a professional lunch setting while learning about the importance of soft skills, professional etiquette, and ways to help navigate social interactions. With students about to embark on their post-secondary, workforce, or military journeys, this opportunity to learn and practice some skills will help them excel when professional and networking opportunities arise outside of High School.
