In Technology class, Kindergarten is learning about augmented reality by bringing coloring pictures to life with the Quiver app. They color a picture, then they see a 3D model of whatever they colored, how they colored it!

Students are still working hard even though spring is in the air! So proud of all of our students!!

There is still time to sign up for BHASD's FREE summer learning opportunity, Camp SPARK. Students in grades K - 8 may attend. Camp Spark will be held the weeks of July 8 - 25. Our primary goal is to provide additional, targeted learning opportunities for students during the summer in a fun and engaging way. This summer programming will allow for remediation activities, as well as enrichment opportunities. If you are interested in having your student(s) participate, please use the QR Code to complete the registration by May 1, 2024. You will receive confirmation that your child is registered for Camp Spark the week of May 6th. We are excited for your child to spend the summer having fun and learning with our staff.

The Education Showcase and Mindfulness Night brought many families together as they explored different vendor booths, listened to live music, discovered BHASD's educational opportunities, and enjoyed fun activities throughout the night. Brandywine Heights School District will be celebrating Plastic Free Lunch Day on Monday, April 22nd in conjunction with Earth Day! Plastic Free Lunch Day provides students an opportunity to learn about plastic pollution and take meaningful plastic-reduction action. One plastic free day leads to another and creates a vision and actionable ideas to move forward to a sustainable future.
