Student Council put on a wonderful Pep Rally that included a basketball game against the Army National Guard in which our Girls & Boys Basketball teams won! We also had fun games with Holiday characters. Great atmosphere & support for our students & Veterans! #BulletPride

Good Morning, This is a message from the Brandywine Heights Area School District. Based on the forecast for a wintery mix of snow, sleet, ice and rain throughout the day, the Brandywine Heights Area School District will be holding a Virtual Weather Day on Thursday, December 15. The following is pertinent schedule information for the virtual snow day. • A Full Day Virtual Schedule will be implemented which will mirror a regular school day for all students. • BCTC students will also be following a virtual schedule with no in person instruction. • No after-school activities • Physical Offices will be closed; however, office staff will be working remotely and will be available. Due to the predicted wintry weather for tomorrow, the Attention Class of 2026. Butter Braids will not be delivered tomorrow, December 15th. They will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, December 21st from 2:30-3:30 in the high school cafeteria. Thanks!

Please join us for the first Bocce Game of the season against Kutztown School District on Monday, December 19th at 4:00pm. The game will be held at the Brandywine Heights High School in the gym. We can't wait to see you there to help us cheer on our bocce players!

The return of our now annual door decorating contest to usher in some holiday spirit as we approach the break!

Our band and choir performed for staff and senior citizens today as they prepare for their concert next week.

Our High School Select Chorus gave a great performance at the School Board meeting last evening. Thank you to all the students who joined us and gave us a preview for the High School Winter Concert coming up on December 9th and 13th.

Good Afternoon Brandywine Heights High School Families, I wanted to take a moment on behalf of the entire staff and faculty of Brandywine Heights High School to express our gratitude and let you know how thankful we are for the opportunity to work with all of our incredible students and families every day. I hope that you have a relaxing few days off and that you enjoy some time with friends and loved ones. During this period of thanks and reflection, please know that we feel very fortunate to work with our school and community, and we continue to strive and support our students in every way that we can. Please be safe if you are traveling, have a nice holiday, and have a wonderful Fall break. We will see you when we resume school on November 29th. Today, 11th grade student Madison Angstadt was one of the local students recognized by the Northeast Berks County Chamber of Commerce at their quarterly breakfast for her accomplishments in Business courses. Congratulations !

Today Mr. Dziunycz and Ms. Yusella took a group of students to a mental health workshop at Muhlenberg High School. Information and materials from this student-led workshop will be the foundation for a new Aevidum “I’ve Got Your Back” Club offered at Brandywine Heights High School.

9th grade students toured BCTC today to explore the many career programs they have to offer. Applications for the 23-24 school year are due by 11/23 to the counseling office.

Students in Honors History 1 conducted a mock trial of Sitting Bull. Judge, Mrs. Kost, and a panel of jurors listened as lawyers for the prosecution and defense presented their cases.
