We need your help to honor the incredible educators who make a difference in your child’s life every day. The Pennsylvania Department of Education is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Teacher of the Year award, and we encourage you to nominate a teacher who has positively impacted your family.
If you know a teacher who inspires, motivates, and supports students, please consider submitting a nomination by December 16, 2024. We would kindly ask that you notify ginobe@bhasd.org (Subject: PA Teacher of the Year NOMINATION) if you nominate one of our excellent staff. The District will be asked to provide follow up information and it would be helpful to know if one of our staff members are nominated in advance.
Let’s show our appreciation and celebrate the educators who make a lasting difference!

Yesterday, our amazing staff showed up in their Breast Cancer Awareness shirts to support one of our teachers as she began her treatment. Our thoughts are with her and her family, and we are so proud to be part of a community that lifts each other up in times like these. #BHASD #StrongerTogether #BreastCancerAwareness
