How to Register for a Sport
Please note, you can register your child at any time during the school year. Students must be in grades 7-12 to participate.
To register your child for any interscholastic sport please use the instructions below.

Step 1: Log on to your Infinite Campus- Parent Portal: https://bhasdpa.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/brandywine.jsp?status=logoff
Step 2: Click on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner and then click on the Student Store in the black left-hand column.
Step 3: After you select the school store, please click on the Shop button under the Brandywine Heights High School (grades 9-12 or Brandywine Heights Middle School (grades 7and 8) tab.
Step 4: Click on the Products tab under Athletics.
Step 5: Click on View under the MS/HS Athletic Registration tab.
Step 6: An instruction box pops up on the right-hand side. Please read the instructions carefully.
Step 7: Please select the Recipient (the student you wish to register) and the quantity should always be set to one.
Step 8: Scroll down to the required form and select the PIAA Section 1-5 CIPPE By Guardian
Step 9: Please complete all fields. DO NOT skip a field because once the form is signed you will not be able to go back in and edit the form. You will be required to re-do the entire athletic registration process.
Step 10: Select the Submit at the bottom of the screen once all accurate and updated information is entered.
Step 11: Continue to complete the remaining sections; St. Luke’s Consent to Treat, St. Luke’s HIPPA Form and BHASD Transportation Waiver.
Step 12: To print the PIAA Section 6: Authorized Medical Examiner to take for completion by a Primary Care Physical please click on the form. Once the form is completed by the Primary Care Physician please email the form to athleticsregistration@bhasd.org.
Step 13: Once all forms are complete select Add to Cart.
Step 14:If you have more than one student to register for interscholastic athletics please complete steps 1-13 again.
Step 15: Once you are completed registering your child/children please click on My Cart.
Step 16: Checkout page will open. Please click on Add Payment Method. Your options will be Checking/Savings or Credit Card/Debit Card. Please select your payment method and input the information.
Step 17: Finally, select Submit Payment.
IMPORTANT: Once your Primary Care Physician signs off on your child’s PIAA Section 6 please submit it by email it to athleticsregistration@bhasd.org.
Athletic Physicals
Physical examinations are required for any athlete wishing to participate in a school sponsored PIAA sport. Physicals must be certified on or after May 1st and are valid for the entire school year. If your physical is completed more than six weeks prior to the start of your sports’ season a re-certification must be completed. Physicals are offered by the Brandywine Heights School District prior to the start of each sports season. If student athletes opt to have a physical provided by the District during the designated athletic physical dates, the physical is provided free of charge. Please check the District calendar as physical dates are announced throughout the year. Athletes may also opt to have a physical performed by a private physician. The physical forms as well as recertification forms must be completed electronically using the links below.
Activity Fee
Activity fee total is based on the lunch status of each student.
Full Price Lunch- $60.00
Reduce Price Lunch- $30.00
Free Lunch- $0.00
The activity fee is paid through Infinite Campus. Please remember to check out even if your cart total is $0.00 because you qualify for free lunch. The athletic department does not receive your childs registration until you check out.
