The Brandywine Heights Area School District is accepting applications for the following positions:
Director of Buildings and Grounds - This Administrator oversees all aspects of the Buildings and Grounds Department, including the maintenance/repair and cleanliness of District buildings and grounds in compliance with state and federal regulations, guidelines and requirements. Supervise, coordinate and inspect the work of building maintenance, grounds crew and custodial staff. Manage special projects and renovation services, procure required resources and prepare Department budget. Shall provide hands-on assistance to maintenance, grounds crew and custodial staff.

Maintenance - Courier - to transport mail, supplies and equipment between buildings on a timely basis. Works along side Custodial and Maintenance staff with with equipment operation and maintenance procedures in the school buildings. Responds to emergency calls. The preferred candidate will offer a high level of staff pride in the care of buildings and grounds and will maintain good communication with staff, students and the public.
Maintenance Worker -experience and competence in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping and miscellaneous equipment repair. The Maintenance Worker performs maintenance and repairs as needed, becomes familiar with the equipment operation and maintenance procedures in the school buildings, responds to emergency calls, strives to maintain a high level of staff pride in the care of buildings and grounds, and maintains good communication with staff, students and the public.
Food Service Head Cook- customer-service oriented team member to oversee the efficient operation of the school kitchen and cafeteria. The Head Cook manages and participates in the preparation and serving of food in their respective building in accordance with the highest standards of nutrition, palatability, presentation and sanitation while following PA Department of Education Food and Nutrition Service requirements for compliance with USDA guidelines. The preferred candidate should have experience operating a POS cash register and standard kitchen equipment.
