🌼 June Mindfulness Moments 🌞 Summer is a perfect time to slow down, breathe deeply, and be present with the beauty around us. Practicing mindfulness each day, even in small ways, can help children and adults feel more grounded, calm, and connected. This month, we’re excited to share our June Mindfulness Calendar filled with simple, daily activities like: 🌸 Find a flower outside 🫧 Blow bubbles and watch them float 🌅 Watch the sunset 🧘‍♀️ Sit and breathe for 5 quiet minutes These gentle prompts are a great way to build peaceful habits and enjoy the little things together as a family. 🎶 Last week Chamber Singers visited the middle school for the first chorus recruitment day. High school students performed for middle school chorus students and helped teach them a song, which everyone performed together. 🎼 They also did a get to know you game and Q&A session. Thank you to seniors Greta Kline and Hailey Diefenbach for organizing this event for their NHS project. It was a fun afternoon! 😊
